to the Notices:Fitness Testing Sessions Manchester and Liverpool are keen to promote the fitness of their referees. Therefore, some testing sessions have been organised for the start of the season. These are aimed mainly at members of the NW Federation Development Squad and Level 5, 6 and 7 referees. However, other members who are interested can take part by prior arrangement with Paul Renton.The Cooper Test (basic fitness test on a timed run on the track) will be held on:
